Washing (30∘C):
Temperature: Use Cool water (30∘C is ideal) or Cold water. Hot water damages the Elastane, leading to loss of stretch.
Prep: Turn items inside out to protect the color and the outer surface.
Containment: For machine washing, use a mesh laundry bag to prevent snagging and stretching.
Detergent: Use a mild, liquid detergent.
Cycle: Use a Gentle or Delicate machine cycle.
Additives: Avoid Fabric Softener and bleach, as they break down the Elastane fibers.
Drying:
Air Dry is BEST. NEVER tumble dry on high heat. High heat is the primary cause of elasticity failure.
Tumble Dry (If necessary): Use the lowest heat setting possible and remove the items immediately when they are dry.
Excess Water: Gently squeeze out water—do not wring or twist the fabric, as this stretches the garment.
General:
Stains: Pre-treat stains before washing.
Ironing: Use a low or cool iron setting only, and avoid direct contact with the elastic waistband.
Hygiene: Wash underwear after every use.
