Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number is active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

Benzene is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and keep all packaging materials and damaged goods. If a package is lost in transit, contact us at unleaded@benzene.ltd and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, with tags, in the original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at unleaded@benzene.ltd. Returns are sent to MBE, Av. dos Moinhos 15A, 2610-278 Amadora.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU law you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment you used, within 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back.
