Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package on the website of our shipping partner, DHL.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Benzene is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged or Lost Items
Benzeneco is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. European Union (EU) Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you received your goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided in our [Returns & Refunds Policy] but it is not obligatory.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will reimburse you within 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
